Prices up front, not afterwards

The smallest job is €250, whether it's hourly work or a print (insoles are the exception). The work runs from €250 to €250,000. Prototypes and test work are done as part of an order. Every job starts with 80% up front, and you pay the remaining 20% when the work is done. I'm not the cheapest in Estonia and never will be. I'm the one person responsible for the job from start to finish. If you need a cheap one-off job or mass production, there are companies in Estonia that do it cheaper and better than I would, and that's completely fine.

The prices in the tables exclude VAT.

[01]Virtual tours

What the virtual tour price includes

• Travel within Tallinn
• On-site scanning and preparing the space for the camera
• Data processing and assembling the tour
• The finished tour as a shareable link that works on phone and desktop
• Areas and measurements straight from the model
• A selection of stills from the tour for the listing
• Tour hosting for the first year

[02]Drone photo and video

Drone work only comes with a virtual tour or a bigger scanning job, on the same visit. I don't take standalone drone jobs.

What the drone price includes

• Travel within Tallinn and flight planning
• The flight and the shoot on site
• Frame selection and editing
• Files handed over at full resolution
• Any clearances required for the site

[03]Objects, modelling and spare parts

What the object price includes

• Preparing and scanning the object
• Mesh cleanup, hole closing and dimension checks
• Files in the agreed format: STL, OBJ, PLY or STEP
• One round of corrections after handover if something doesn't fit

[04]3D printing

Cheap one-off prints from a ready file aren't something I do. There are cheaper places in Estonia for that.

What the printing price includes

• File checking and preparation for printing
• Material
• Support removal and surface finishing
• Washing and post-curing for resin parts
• Packing

[05]3D portraits and figures

What the portrait price includes

• Scanning on site or at an agreed location
• Mesh cleanup and hand finishing, so the face looks like the face
• Printing and finishing
• The scan kept, so another copy or another size can be ordered later

[06]Foot scanning and comfort insoles

What the insole price includes

• A 3D scan of both feet
• Designing the insole around your own foot geometry
• Making the insole
• One free adjustment within 30 days if anything rubs
• The scan kept for the next pair

This isn't distrust. For a small company, invoicing afterwards means the material, the machine time and the days spent on your order are funded out of my own pocket until somebody eventually pays. The 80/20 split is what keeps the prices where they are, and it also means your job is genuinely locked into the calendar.
